Raw Mango Panna



Ingredients

1 Cup Raw Mango, peeled and cut into small pieces



1/3 cup sugar (to taste)
½ tea spoon roasted cumin powder
½ tea spoon black salt
Salt to taste
Few mint leaves

Method

Boil raw mango pieces with ½ cup water in a pressure cooker for 3-4 minutes.
Add sugar to boiled raw mango and boil it for another it for another 2-3 minutes.
Add roasted cumin powder, black salt and salt to it
Mix well.
Make puree in a blender
Store in a refrigerator.

How to serve

Take 3-4 table spoon of this mixture in a glass and top it with water and ice and mix well
Garnish it with mint leaves
Serve chilled.
