1 Cup chopped coriander leaves
½ cup mint leaves
1” ginger
2 Garlic peeled
2 green chilli
Juice of one lemon
One table spoon pulp of tamarind
½ tea spoon black salt
½ tea spoon red chilli
1 tea spoon roasted and grounder cumin seeds
½ tea spoon grounded pomegranate seeds
Salt to taste
Method
Grind all these ingredients with little water in a mixture to a smooth paste.
This can be stored in refrigerator for 12-15 days and can be served with many Indian snacks.
