Cottage Cheese Balls






Ingredient

3/4 Cup flour (maida)
3/4 Cup Mashed Cottage Cheese
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Finely chopped coriander leaves
finely chopped two green chillies
4 table spoon boiling water
fat/oil for frying
Pinch of baking powder

Method

Add salt to flour.  Sieve it.
Add a pinch of baking powder
Cook for minute in a boiling water.
Now add Cottage cheese and beat it to make a smooth paste. 
Add chopped coriander leaves green chillies pepper powder and mix it well.
Make small bolls of above mixture.
Head the fat/oil is a frying pan/Kadhai.
Deep fry the balls in a SLOW flame till golden.
Serve it with tomato ketchup  or green chutney.
