1 cup cashew nut (grind to make powder)
¾ cup milk
½ cup sugar
1 teaspoon raisins
½ teaspoon sliced pistachio
¼ teaspoon cardamom powder
Method
Boil milk and sugar together.
Add cashew nut powder spoon by spoon and keep on mixing it on a slow flame.
Add raisins to it.
When it starts bubbling and mixture became little thick in consistency, remove from stove.
Add cardamom powder and pour the content into serving bowl.
Garnish it with sliced pistachio.
Can be served while hot or chilled.
