30 gm chocolate
500 gm milk
2 tablespoon vermicelli
1 egg
2 tablespoon sugar
Few drops of vanilla essence
1 tea spoon cream for garnishing
2-3 cherries, chopped in 4 pieces
2 teaspoon chopped nuts for decoration
Method
Heat the milk in a pan.
Dissolve the chocolate in the milk.
Add vermicelli and sugar in the pan.
Cook for 5 minutes and keep stirring it.
Remove from stove.
Separate white and yellow yolk of the egg.
Mix yellow yolk in the aforementioned pan and stir it.
Cool the contents of the pan (it should be chilled).
Now beat the white part of the egg till it becomes fluffy, and fold it in the pan.
Add vanilla essence to it.
Pour the mixture in bowl and refrigerate it to set.
Garnish it with wiped cream, nuts and glanced cherry
Served chilled
