Milk Chocolate





















(without nuts)
                                                                                                                     (with nuts)
Ingredients

2 tablespoon milk powder
2 tablespoon sugar powder
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 tablespoon sugar syrup
1 teaspoon butter
1 tablespoon Crushed Nuts (almonds, cashew nuts) or raisins (optional)

Method

Mix milk powder, sugar powder, cocoa powder, sugar syrup and butter in a non stick pan.
Heat this mixture on a slow flame for about 5 minute and keep stirring it.
Now add crushed nuts or raisins, if desired and mix well and heat again for about 2 minutes on a slow flame.  Keep stirring it.
Take out the mixture on greased (with oil) plate.
Let it get cool at a room temperature.
Cut it into desired shape with sharp knife or cutter.
Keep it in refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.
Take out chocolate pieces in a bowl

Baked Spinach and Sweet corn



Ingredients

½ cup finely chopped spinach
½ cup slightly boiled corn kernels
2 cups milk
1 tablespoon flour
½ cup grated cheese
1” ginger, finely chopped
2-3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 onion finely chopped
½ teaspoon mustard
1 teaspoon chili sauce
Salt to taste
½ teaspoon oregano
2 tablespoon Butter
2 tablespoon fresh cream
1 tablespoon olive oil

Method

White sauce:

Melt butter in a pan
Add flour to it. Stir it for a while
Now gradually add milk and keep stirring it so that no lumps are formed.
Add vegetable stock to it and boil it. Keep stirring.
Mix fresh cream to it, remove from stove and keep it aside.

Boil water in a pan.
Remove from stove.
Add the finely chopped spinach to it and cover it with lid.
Keep it aside for 15 minutes.
Now remove spinach from water.
Heat olive oil in another pan.
Add ginger and garlic to it.
Add the onions to it and stir it till the onions become a little transparent.
Now add the spinach and the corn kernels to it and stir it.
Now add mustard, chili sauce, and oregano, salt and stir well.
Now add about 30 gm grated cheese in it and stir it.
Now add the white sauce to it.
Cook for 4-5 minutes on slow flame and stir it.
Take out all the contents in an ovenproof dish.
Evenly sprinkle the remaining grated cheese over it.
Bake it in a moderately heated oven for about 20-25 minutes
Serve it with garlic bread, French loaf or any other bread of your choice.

Rice Kheer



Ingredients

1 liter Milk
½ cup condensed milk
1 cup boiled rice
½ cup sugar (to taste)
1 table spoon finely chopped cashew nut
 1 teaspoon finely sliced pistachio
¼ cup raisins
1 table spoon blanched and sliced almonds
½ teaspoon powder of cardamom seed
Few strands of saffron mixed in 1 table spoon milk

Method

Add boiled rice to milk in a pan and cook it on slow flame for 10-15 minute.
Now add sugar, cashew nuts, almonds, raisins & condensed milk, mix it well and cook for another 5 minutes. Keep stirring.
Mix saffron mixture to it.
Now take it out in a serving dish
Spread cardamom powder and sliced pistachio over it.
Rice kheer can be served hot or chilled.

Vegetable Pasta



Ingredients

1 cup finely chopped and slightly boiled vegetables of choice
(Like mushrooms, cauliflower, broccoli, French beans, spinach)
½ cup macaroni, slightly boiled and cooled in cold water
1 cup vegetable stock
3 cups milk
2 tablespoon flour
100 gm grated cheese
3-4 spring onions, finely chopped (white and green parts separate)
1” ginger, finely chopped
2-3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 tablespoon finely chopped parsley leaves
½ teaspoon mustard
1 teaspoon chili sauce
1 teaspoon tomato ketchup
½ teaspoon mix herbs (dried)
Salt to taste
2 tablespoon Butter
2 tablespoon fresh cream
1 table spoon olive oil

 Method

White sauce:
Melt butter in a pan
Add flour to it. Stir it for a while
Now gradually add milk and keep stirring it so that no lumps are formed.
Add vegetable stock to it and boil it. Keep stirring.

Pasta:

Now heat the oil in another pan.
Add ginger and garlic to it.
Add the white parts of the spring onions to it and stir it till the onions becomes a little transparent.
Now add the vegetables and the chopped green leaves of the onions to it and stir it.
Add macaroni to it.
Now add mustard, chili sauce, tomato ketchup, mixed herbs, salt and stir well.
Now add about 70 gm grated cheese in it and stir it.
Now add the white sauce to it.








Cook for 4-5 minutes on slow flame and stir it.
Now add chopped parsley leaves and mix well.
Take out all the contents in an ovenproof dish.
Evenly sprinkle the remaining grated cheese over it.
Bake it in a moderately heated oven for about 25-30 minutes
Serve it with garlic bread, French loaf or any other bread of your choice.
